Little to nothing is known of Lillian Dickinson, George Dickinson's second wife. Her maiden name is unknown and her whereabouts following George's death in 1948 is also unknown. It is assumed that she was in possession of her husbands ashes following his cremation. It is also assumed that George was Lillian's second husband.

Lillian married George Frederick Hoskin Dickinson, son of John Dickinson and Mary Grace Harwood Hoskin. (George Frederick Hoskin Dickinson was born on 12 Jan 1882 in Blackburn, Lancashire, England, died on 17 Jan 1948 in 46 McGee Street, Toronto, Ontario and was buried on 21 Jan 1948 in Toronto Crematory, Toronto, Ontario.)
