Dorothy May Perkin
Research Information: Dorothy was severely mentally and physically delayed from the time of her birth. It is known that her father Arthur, along with his brother Dick and cousin May Duckworth raised and cared for Dorothy until she became too difficult to maintain in Arthur's crowded little house on Cameron Avenue in Toronto. In 1939 Dorothy was sent to live in an institution in Orillia. |
